Celliana offers you three UK delivery options, as well as International delivery. Click here to view the delivery options for both UK and international delivery.
Note: For UK STANDARD & INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY, it will be a non-trackable service. The express service provides tracking information on your parcels progress.
The last day for delivery to make sure it arrives before Christmas is 18th December for standard delivery, 20th December for next day delivery, For international it will be 12th December.
Shipping charges will be automatically added, at the checkout page, to the total price, when the delivery option and destination are selected.
Please make a note that UK delivery to the following locations may take a little longer:
- Scottish Highlands & Islands,
- Northern Island, Isle of Man,
- Isles of Scilly,
- The Channel Islands
- British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses
Once you enter the payment card details the delivery address will default to the billing address. Please make sure you change it to the address, you want the parcel to be delivered to.
We deliver to the address of your choice. However, for security purposes we do not deliver to a PO Box address.
As our couriers are delivered between 9am and 5pm, we recommend you have the goods delivered to a work address rather than a home address. Also, the courier may require a signature on receipt, so please ensure that someone will be there to take receipt of the parcel.
In case you aren't available at the time of the delivery of your parcel, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.

How to track my order?
Only the customers who create an account will be able to track their orders. Once the parcel is dispatched an automated generated email, with the tracking information, will be sent to the customer as confirmation.
Returns Policy
In an event that you are unhappy with the items delivered, you can return them to us in accordance with the returns policy.
Please note that in the interest of hygiene, items marked with '^' next to the product name cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original packaging or are faulty.
Incorrect/Faulty Item
In case of an incorrect/faulty item, you can return the item for a refund or a replacement within 14 days of receipt of the parcel.
Please note that we can only exchange an item or the same item in a different colour or size
If you wish to replace the item with a different item, then please request for a refund and place a new order
Please write to our customer care team immediately, and include as many details as possible, specially the order number, your account details and whether you would like a refund or a replacement. Click here to contact the customer care team.
We will be able to provide only a refund to our overseas customers.
Please do not forget to include the returns form in the parcel. Please follow the instructions given on the form. It is important that you fill out the form correctly for us to take the action you want us to.
However, please ensure that the item(s) are returned in their original condition. All items will be inspected on return. The items need to be compliant with the terms of reasonable care. Click here to view the terms of reasonable care.
The items should be packaged in a manner to prevent damage. We are not responsible for items returned in error.
Cancellation of an Item
You have the right to cancel the order under the distance selling regulations; however, you must do so within 14 working days from the day after the date of the receipt of the parcel. The cancellation request should be made in writing, by emailing our customer care team. Please include as many details as possible, specially the order number and your details. A refund will be issued in case of a cancellation.
Please do not forget to include the returns form in the parcel. Please follow the instructions given on the form. It is important that you fill out the form correctly for us to take the action you want us to.

How Do I Return an Existing item?
You have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to return the item.
UK customers can return the goods via Royal Mail, free of charge. Click here to download the returns form.. Please follow the below instructions:
- You can return your item free of charge via Royal mail using the pre-printed label on the returns form.
- Please attach the pre-printed label on the returns form, to the envelope and take it to your local post office branch.
- Please remember to get a proof of postage receipt
Overseas Customers need to make their own arrangements through any postal courier, to return the item. Click here to download the International returns form.
Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. It can take up to 10 working days for your returned items to be delivered to us.

Once the parcel is received, the items will be inspected, to ensure that the items are compliant with the terms of reasonable care. Click here to view the terms of reasonable care.
As soon as we are confident that the items are compliant with the terms of reasonable care we will allocate the return to your account and send you an email confirming the action we have taken.
A refund or a replacement, as requested by you, will be made immediately.
In case we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically refund you and inform you via email.

Refund
In case of incorrect/faulty items the refund will include the amount paid at the time of purchase and the delivery charges.
In case of orders cancelled, within the purview of the distance selling regulations, the refund will include only the amount paid at the time of purchase; not the delivery charges.
