Forced Labour
The suppliers shall not engage in forced labour or support any form of involuntary or compulsory labour. Forced labour occurs in different forms, including debt bondage, trafficking and other forms of modern slavery. A thorough checking process is followed by our auditors to determine whether Forced or Involuntary labour is being used at our supplier factories.

Discrimination
We do not tolerate discrimination at any of our production places. Discrimination in hiring, compensation, access to training, promotion, termination or retirement based on race, caste, national origin, religion, age, disability, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, union membership or political affiliation is not allowed. Discrimination not only violates a most basic human right, but has wider social and economic consequences. Discrimination stifles opportunities, wasting the human talent needed for economic progress, and accentuates social tensions and inequalities. We believe that to grow it is important to overcome the age old beliefs. We strive to bring a positive approach towards our workplace management and eradicate any form of discrimination.

Health & Safety
A worker should be comfortable and feel safe at work. The supplier shall provide the workers with a safe and clean working environment. We believe that this is the right of every individual working in our organisation and supply chain. Effective steps shall be taken by all suppliers to prevent any potential accidents and injury to workers health arising out or associated with the work place environment.

Freedom of Association/Rights to Collective Bargaining
Employees retain the right to organisation and right to collective Bargaining. All personnel shall have the right to form or join trade unions and to bargain collectively with the company. Workers representatives shall have the access to carry out their organisational activities and no discrimination against them shall be practiced. The employer shall adopt an open attitude towards the activities of trade unions and their organisational activities.

Remuneration/ Working hours
We believe that the workers should receive regular fair wages and overtime should be voluntary and paid at premium rates. The overtime hours shall not exceed minimum standards laid down by the country law and industry standards.

Environment
We recommend our suppliers to use environment friendly materials which do not pose a threat to the environment or the workers. Suppliers shall work on energy saving/efficient techniques and develop awareness amongst workers. The suppliers shall follow all applicable national laws.
Inspection
The external manufacturers and workshops of Celliana shall comply with this Code of Conduct. Likewise, they shall permit monitoring by Celliana, or authorized third parties, to verify their compliance.
Suppliers applying this code of conduct shall also follow national and other applicable laws. Where the provisions of national law and this code of conduct address the same subject suppliers shall apply the provision that afford greater protection to the workers.
